Dream Healthcare Services was founded on a simple belief: every person deserves to age with dignity, comfort, and genuine human connection — right in the home they love.
Why we started
Dream Healthcare Services was born from a personal experience. Our founder watched a family member struggle to find reliable, compassionate home care in the Embrun and Ottawa area — caregivers who showed up not just on time, but with warmth and genuine interest in the person they were caring for.
That experience became a mission. We set out to build the kind of agency we wished had existed: one where every caregiver is carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and deeply committed to the families they serve.
Today, Dream Healthcare Services supports seniors and families across Eastern Ontario, providing personalised care that adapts to each client's unique needs, routines, and preferences.
